SSAFA Event Volunteer – Cleethorpes Armed Forces Day Weekend - 26th-28th June 2026

Join SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, as an Event Volunteer at the Cleethorpes Armed Forces Day Weekend and play a vital role in supporting the charity.

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to support SSAFA’s presence across this busy and three-day event.

As part of our team, you’ll be based on the SSAFA stand, helping to:

• Engage with members of the public • Raise awareness of SSAFA’s vital work • Support fundraising activities • Create a welcoming and positive experience for visitors to the stand

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, gain event experience, and support a great cause.

Dates & Shifts

Volunteers are needed across all three days:

• Friday 26th June 2026 - (12pm-6pm) • Saturday 27th June 2026 (10am-7pm) • Sunday 28th June 2026 (10am-6pm)

A range of flexible shifts will be available each day (e.g. morning, afternoon, or full day options), so you can choose what works best for you. Our team will be in touch to arrange your preferred day(s) and shift times.

What to Bring

• SSAFA red t shirt (provided if needed) • Comfy shoes • Weather ready clothing • Reusable water bottle • Food for the day
